I am the CEO and Design Principal at Whimsical Project LLP (Whimpro), a Kerala-based multi-disciplinary design and build practice I co-founded to push the boundaries of regional architecture.
The work of the practice spans various typologies, from high-end tropical residences and editorial retail spaces to curated hospitality environments and premium commercial assignments. Our portfolio also extends deeply into industrial design, bespoke furniture, and specialized architectural systems under our flagship manufacturing brand, Pivora.
Whimpro aspires to create immersive, high-contrast environments that evoke raw emotional resonance through spatial choreography — frequently moving inhabitants from compressed, quiet thresholds into soaring, double-height volumes flooded with natural light. Our work is driven by a context-sensitive, rational approach to materiality, pairing raw regional finishes like beach-sand lime plaster and hand-waxed red oxide with a highly technical outlook on smart automation, acoustics, and structural engineering.
Some of our notable projects include the Fench House, a French-country tropical retreat nestled in the hills of Wayanad; the forest-and-ocean-facing Inayat Villa in Kozhikode, executed in collaboration with ULCC to masterfully navigate steep slopes; and the contemporary Zakirath Villa in Kuttiyadi, designed as a highly secure, brick-and-timber sanctuary set in a lush coconut grove.
Alongside my practice at Whimpro, I actively engage with the design community as a creative director and architectural curator under the moniker “Mr. Patriarch” (@whimpro.co), advocating for a return to structural minimalism and spatial honesty. I am also deeply committed to redefining product engineering in the region, leading R&D initiatives for Pivora Doors to design monumental, high-performance pivot systems, while continuing to consult on bespoke spatial branding for luxury retail concepts and sustainable hospitality models across South India.

He oversees a diverse portfolio that seamlessly integrates comprehensive architectural services, high-precision modular manufacturing, and custom luxury product lines.
